Fees and Policies
Trainings are $45 per 6 hours unless otherwise noted.
ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Payment must accompany your training application form in order to be accepted. Applications are processed on a first-come,
first-serve basis, with seating limited per fire code regulations. You will be notified of your enrollment status within ten days of your application and payment. If you have not received your acceptance notification within one week of your class, please contact DATA to verify the status of your application.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
In order to receive full Continuing Education Credits (CEUs), you MUST attend the entire class. If you arrive late or leave class early, continuing education credits will be pro-rated accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Training fees are non-refundable. However, if you contact DATA before 12 noon on the day prior to your training DATA will hold a credit for you until June 30, 2012.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
During inclement weather, any class cancellations will be posted on your favorite radio or tv station’s cancellation list and recorded on DATA's answering machine.
TRAINING LEVELS
Please apply only for those trainings that are appropriate for your background.
FOUNDATION: For individuals with 0-2 years experience who need an introduction to the topic
INTERMEDIATE: For individuals with 2-5 years of experience and have basic knowledge of topic area
ADVANCED: For individuals with more than 5 years of experience with a strong understanding of the topic who are seeking more in-depth information
SUPERVISOR: For individuals who are working as supervisors, managers or directors
