ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Payment must accompany your course application form in order to be accepted. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis, with seating limited to 27 per fire code regulations. You will be notified of your enrollment status within (10 days) of your application and payment. If you have not received your acceptance notification within one week of your class, please contact DATA to verify the status of your application.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
In order to receive full Continuing Education Credits (CEUs), you MUST attend the entire class. If you arrive late or leave class early, continuing education credits will be pro-rated accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Course fees are non-refundable. However, if you provide DATA with a 24-hour cancellation notice, DATA will hold a credit for you until June 30, 2011.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
During inclement weather, any class cancellations will be recorded on DATA's answering machine.

COURSE LEVELS
Please apply only for those courses that are appropriate for your background.

 ALL LEVELS:                Beneficial to all professionals.
 FOUNDATION:             Course provides core knowledge and skills.
 INTERMEDIATE:           Must be certified with 2-5 years experience.
 ADVANCED:                  Must have 5 or more years experience in the field
