Clinical Manager, Caritas, Inc.

Caritas, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Manager for its residential program located in Pawtucket, RI.

The Clinical Manager will have overall responsibility for the clinical integrity of the program which includes the clinical supervision of up to ten (10) counselors while ensuring the clients and families needs are met.

In addition, they will be responsible for:
· Providing treatment using a variety of treatment modalities (individual, family, group training)
· Conducting and documenting client/family psycho-social assessments
· Providing emergency crisis intervention services with, and on behalf of, clients and families, as needed
· Maintaining documentation for clinical records using Smart2K program within established guidelines and timeframes
· Ensuring compliance with Caritas, Inc. policies and procedures, and state and federal regulations

Qualified applicants will:
· Have a Masters Degree in a behavioral or related field
· Be licensed in Rhode Island as an LCDP, LMHC, or LICSQ, preferably an LCDP
· Have a minimum of 5 years experience

The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

Office Assistant - DATA of RI

DATA of RI is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to provide the professional and efficient managing of visitors, consumers, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support consumer services, information and referral and the operation and presentation of a professional office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Office Assistant
Supervisor: Office Manager

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Ensures knowledge of staff whereabouts and maintains accurate and complete meeting room calendar
· Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously assesses received calls/inquiries and directs and/or records and relays messages
· Prepares and processes outgoing mail to include: accurate weighing; coding; sorting; affixing postage; properly addressing; and preparing certified/overnight/return receipt mail
· Distributes incoming mail
· Signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies recipients
· Ensures that common areas are equipped with office supplies as needed
· Responds to equipment and building maintenance issues in a timely manner
· Organizes and schedules training dates with training instructors, including collection of course descriptions, instructor bios, and other required training materials
· Daily enters all course applications received, transcript information, and evaluation data
· Prepare and/or order training materials including but not limited to: sign-in sheets, handouts, certificates of completion
· Arrange hotel accommodations, rental and contract of off-site training facilities.
· Arrange for catering needs as needed
· Respects confidentiality in discussing participant/consumer, staff, volunteers and organizational matters
· Performs routine office tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of a professional office as observed by the supervisor
· Always conducts oneself appropriately and professionally
· Reports to work regularly and on time
· Assists in other duties as needed and directed.

Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma and 2 years experience in an office environment Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of: Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Windows Operating System.
