WANTED: SUBSTANCE ABUSE CLINICIAN / Middletown

To provide individual, group, and family assessments and counseling to clients within areas of expertise as assigned while meeting the agency designated productivity expectations of 25 Direct Service Hours for 44 weeks for the calendar year.

Master Degree in Social Work with license (LCSW or LICSW) or other related Master Degree with license (LMFT / LMHC).

Substance Abuse Professionals must be LACDP II, LCDP.

Full time person preferred, but willing to consider a fee-for-service arrangement for anyone who is interested.
